Vào run gõ Regedit
-> HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/FileExts/.dll
-Vào thư mục OpenWithList để lại file (Default), còn những cái còn lại như "a" "b" ..."MRUlist" sau đó xóa đi.
-Tiếp theo bạn xóa thư mục UserChoice
-Cuối cùng reset lại máy tính.
